The following are the quickest ways to get help with your school technology.

Start a tech ticket

You can start a new ticket by sending an email to help@oaisd.org.  Please include the building and room of the issue and as many details as possible. 

If you have an update to your ticket, please reply to any of the ticket emails you have received.

You can also view all your current and past tickets by logging into the ticket portal here:  https://help.oaisd.org/

Call for help

616-422-5223 - The Spring Lake tech office number is also available to call or text.  If a voicemail is recorded, a tech ticket is auto-created.
